Access, Flexibility and Data Security

• Access to enterprise-class project and cost management and tracking software for the oil, gas and mining industry
• Access to a hosted client server located in a secure co-location data bunker with redundant Internet
• RES will provide all terminal services, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft SQL Server licenses
• Data will be hosted on an MS SQL Server located in the same data bunker
• RES will handle all IT-related duties on the server, including patches, upgrades, maintenance, and the creation and maintenance of customer user accounts
• Secure communications is accomplished using Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) - compliant encryption through a monitored firewall with restrictive ACL and a protocol filtering policy
