Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN)
The Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN) unites Canada’s oil and gas industry, innovators, technology vendors, academia, research institutes, financiers and government. By aligning priorities, addressing gaps and incentivizing innovation, CRIN will accelerate the commercialization of ground-breaking technologies through investments in research, testing and large scale field pilots. Innovation areas will be selected for the highest transformational impact and environmental improvements while capturing domestic and international sales opportunities for small and medium enterprises. This will drive economic growth to ensure Canada’s continued prosperity with new high-value jobs through spin offs and economic diversification. Proposed technology focus areas include novel approaches to: carbon reduction, water use, methane emissions quantification and abatement, digitization, hydrocarbon extraction, well abandonment and site remediation. Delivering energy with a lower environmental footprint and higher productivity gives Canada’s oil and gas sector a competitive advantage and paves the way for Canada to be the global leader in delivering clean, reliable, affordable energy to the world.
Petroleum Technology Alliance Canada (PTAC)
PTAC is a not-for-profit association that facilitates collaborative research and technology development to improve the financial, environmental and safety performance of the Canadian hydrocarbon energy industry. PTAC promotes industry participation in R&D and assists with securing funding from a variety of sources. PTAC also facilitates the transfer of commercial technologies from other industrial sectors for application in the hydrocarbon energy industry.
The Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC)
PDAC represents the interests of the Canadian mineral exploration and development industry. The association was established in 1932 in response to a proposed government regulation that threatened the livelihood of Ontario prospectors.
Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC)
AME BC promotes a healthy, sustainable, and environmentally sound mineral exploration and mining sector in B.C. From humble but determined beginnings, (AME BC has grown to be one of the most respected mining organizations in North America.
Association de l’exploration minière du Québec (AEMQ)
The Quebec Mineral Exploration Association is a non-profit organization that represents the different stakeholders involved in the field of mineral exploration in Quebec. The AEMQ brings together more than 1,500 individual members (prospectors, geologists, geophysicists, brokers, tax experts) from more than 180 companies (junior and major exploration companies, engineering firms specializing in geology, geophysics, diamond drilling contractors).
Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC)
PSAC is the national trade association representing the service, supply, and manufacturing sectors within the upstream petroleum industry. PSAC represents a diverse range of over 250 member companies, employing more than 58,000 people and contracting almost exclusively to oil and gas exploration and production companies.
Canadian Association of Drilling Engineers (CADE)
CADE’s mandate is to provide high-quality technical meetings to promote awareness of the drilling and well-servicing industry. Through CADE, members and the public can learn about the technical challenges and experience gained from our speakers, who are most often CADE members themselves. Calgary Technologies Inc. (CTI)
CTI works with entrepreneurs to help them accelerate the success of their technology companies, and looks for opportunities to help businesses make connections within the sector. Established in 1981 as a joint partnership with the City of Calgary, the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Calgary, CTI is a not-for-profit organization and offers a suite of programs, services, and resources for business commercialization and incubation.
Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG)

The Calgary Chamber of Commerce has adapted well to the fast-paced environment that dominates our daily lives, and it strives to meet the needs and wants of its members. It offers numerous value-added programs that serve both small and large businesses. It offers superior speakers from the major sectors within the economy. Major events, such as International Business Series, Aboriginal Awareness Series, and Small Business Week, enable the Chamber to work with business and the community as a whole.

Canadian Association of Mining Equipment and Services for Export (CAMESE)
CAMESE is a national, sectoral export trade association. It exists to support Canadian mining suppliers in global marketing and to assist foreign buyers in finding Canadian sources for mining equipment and services.
