Calgary's Ed Greidanus Joins RES as CTO
Calgary, Alberta: Resource Energy Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Greidanus as the company’s Chief Technical Officer. Mr Greidanus will assume his new responsibilities on Monday, November 21st, 2011.
Mr. Greidanus, is a senior information technology management professional with over thirty years of experience. At the City of Calgary, Mr. Greidanus occupied the position of Manager of Governance, Planning and IT Architecture. Some of his responsibilities included application development, IT architecture, enterprise application integration, application support, development support and geographical information systems. Mr. Greidanus has been at the forefront of IT initiatives undertaken by the City of Calgary and on many occasions was selected to lead new, complex and difficult projects.
At Resource Energy Solutions, Mr. Greidanus will be involved in all the facets of the software product development and support process. “Ed’s joining the RES team is an important milestone in our company’s development, said Trent Marx, President.
