Mike is Resource Energy Solutions resident technology guru. With over 10 years experience in Information Technology, a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering and two Bachelor Degrees – one in Chemical Engineering and the other in Computer Science – Mike knows what it takes to keep RES on the leading-edge.

Not only is Mike responsible for developing RES’ technology architecture structure, he is also responsible for executing it. As Senior Software Developer / Architect, Mike continually strives to create user-friendly software applications that directly meet customer needs. He has worked closely with subject matter experts to successfully pioneer web-based solutions; create web-based defect and documentation tracking systems; as well as produce corporate wide coding standards and guidelines. Mike has created many rapid development technologies/techniques that will keep RES competitive for many years to come.

Tyson brings extensive experience in sales, customer support and product training to RES. His valuable computer and network knowledge, relating specifically to systems and installations, offers tremendous value to the support team and customer base. Tyson is the man responsible for ensuring all customer needs / requests are addressed in a timely, efficient manner. He monitors support 24/7 and is quick to confirm that all client issues have been resolved.

A man of many talents, Tyson has also leveraged his strong technical background to help RES implement interactive video training for its Wellman product.
